We want to know if something has gone wrong. If you have a concern, please speak to your section leader or our Group Lead Volunteer in the first instance.

If the matter is not resolved, you can make a formal complaint to the Chair using our contact form (choose “Complaints”), and we will respond promptly. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available on request.
