2nd Otley Scout Group is the data controller for the personal information we hold about members, volunteers and parents/carers. We collect contact details, dates of birth, and health and dietary information so that we can run Scouting safely. We process this data under legitimate interest, legal obligation, consent and contract, and we store it securely in Online Scout Manager. We keep information only as long as necessary and never sell it. You have rights over your data, including the right to see what we hold.
